Summary: | PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles due to oil in a refrigerating device by lubricating bearings and other sliding parts in a compressor with ultra-fine grains having self-lubricating property mixed in a refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:Ultra-fine grains made of fluorine compound with an excellent self-lubricating property are mixed in a refrigerant sealed in a refrigerating cycle. The fine grains sucked along with the refrigerant from a suction pipe 8 of a compressor in a suction chamber 8a of a fixed scroll 2 enter the sliding faces of the end plate 2b of the fixed scroll 2 and the end plate 3b of a turning scroll 3 to perform solid-lubrication. The ultra-fine grains flow along with the refrigerant, and discharged from a discharge port 10 through a discharge pipe 11 into the refrigerating cycle. On the other hand, a liquid refrigerant containing ultra-fine grains are supplied from a receiver 22 through a connecting pipe 16, through a connecting hole 15 to a frame space 6c by the pressure differential. While the ultra-fine grains are passed through the clearances of bearings 6a, 6b and then discharge into a back pressure chamber 12 and a vessel 1, the fine grains perform lubrication of the bearing parts. Troubles due to shortage of oil can thus be avoided. |
