Summary:PURPOSE:To reuse metal and rubber and facilitate waste disposal work by injecting high pressure water to the surface of an article having a rubber coat on a metal core through a nozzle to peel the covering rubber from the metal core, and also injecting high pressure water to the article through the nozzle to cut the article. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure water is injected to the surface of an article 1 through a peeling nozzle 8 while transferring the article having a rubber coat on a metal core by a transfer means 2, whereby the covering rubber is peeled from the metal core while being crushed. Then, a high pressure water or a mixed fluid of high pressure water and an abrasive is injected to the article 1 through a cutting nozzle 14, whereby the article 1 is cut. Thus, the rubber covering the metal core is peeled without loosing the function as rubber, and the rubber and metal core can be reused.
