Summary:PURPOSE:To send document picture information with high resolution edited by the document processing device with a simple operation to a destination facsimile equipment with a desired transmission paper size during the document edit processing in the document processing device. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 2 generates a facsimile transmission data file from document picture data selected based on a transmission paper size designated optionally by a pointing device 10 and stores the file to a hard disk 15, and a FAX adapter 17 transfers the facsimile transmission data file stored on the hard disk 15 to a destination facsimile equipment commanded through a communication line as a feature.
