Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the subject adhesive having good adhesiveness to polyolefins, etc., and having excellent light stability by dispersing a specific chlorinated olefin copolymer and a semicarbazide group-containing compound in an aqueous dispersion medium. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. of a chlorinated olefin polymer having a chlorine content of 15-40wt.% and produced by bringing an olefinic copolymer composed of (i) 15-90mol.% of propylene repeating units and (ii) 10-85mol.% of 4-6C alpha- olefin repeating units [the sum of the contents of the components (i) and (ii) is 100mol.%] and having an intrinsic viscosity [eta] of 0.5-5.0dl/g measured in decalin at 135 deg.C into contact with molecular oxygen at 70-90 deg.C and (B) 0.05-20 pts.wt. of a semicarbazide group-containing compound are dispersed in an aqueous dispersion medium to provide the objective adhesive containing 5-80wt.% of the component A.
