Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has an improved melt tension, exhibits no drawdown effect in parison during blow molding and a markedly improved blow moldability, retains a stable flowability without gelling even when the viscosity is high, and enables an efficient molding of a relatively large-sized blow molded article having a uniform wall thickness and a good appearance. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. resin compsn. comprising 1-99 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin obtd. from an acid component consisting mainly of an arom. dicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming deriv. and a dihydroxy component consisting mainly of a 2-8C aliph. dihydroxy compd. and 99-1 pt.wt. thermoplastic polyamide resin is compounded and melt mixed with 0.2-10 pts.wt. styrene copolymer consisting of 40-97wt.% styrene, 60-3wt.% glycidyl ester of an alpha,beta-unsatd. acid, and 0-50wt.% another vinyl monomer and 0-100 pts.wt. at least one filler selected from the group consisting of fibrous, powdered, and platelike fillers, thus giving the title compsn.
