PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic circuit structure which is preferable when used in the driving power distribution to the right and the left wheels of a vehicle of 4-wheel driven type or the like, and make an arrangement to cope with the breakdown of the hydraulic circuit part. CONSTITUTION:A driving power transmission control mechanism consists of a hydraulic torque transmission mechanism for the right and the left wheels and a hydraulic circuit, and the hydraulic circuit consists of a hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74, hydraulic pressure input parts 20D provided to the right and the left hydraulic clutch mechanism and a switching valve 110 interposed in the oil passage from the hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74 to the respective hydraulic pressure input parts 20D. Hydraulic pressure detecting means 75, 78R, 78L are interposed in the oil passage of the hydraulic circuit, and a breakdown judgement part to make a judgement of the breakdown of the hydraulic circuit part on the basis of the information of the hydraulic pressure detecting means 75, 78R, 78L is provided to the control means.
