Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic circuit structure which is preferable when used in the driving power distribution to the right and the left wheels of a vehicle of 4-wheel drive type or the like, and make an arrangement so that the right and the left hydraulic torque transmission mechanism to be used in distribution of the driving power may not be simultaneously engaged with or connected to each other. CONSTITUTION:A driving power transmission control mechanism consists of a hydraulic torque transmission mechanism for the right and the left wheels and a hydraulic circuit, and the hydraulic circuit consists of a hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74, a hydraulic pressure input part provided to the right and the left hydraulic clutch mechanism and a switching valve 76 interposed in the oil passage from the hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74 to the respective hydraulic pressure input part 20D. The switching valve 76 consists of a 2-mode switching valve which employs either of the opening mode to supply the hydraulic pressure to one side of the hydraulic pressure input part 20D and the other opening mode to supply the hydraulic pressure to the other side of the hydraulic pressure input part.
