PURPOSE:To press a shielding packing part tightly against the required surface of a casing securely and improve the effect of electromagnetic wave shielding and electrostatic shielding by a method wherein the packing part which has a spiral gasket shape and is made of metallic material is held on the end surface part of a door by an elastic attaching frame. CONSTITUTION:An attaching frame 6 made of elastic material is provided on the back side 2A of a door 2 and a packing part 11 is held by a pinching part 6A formed in the attaching frame 6. The packing part 11 is made of a conductive metallic plate 11A which is wound into a spiral to form a spiral gasket shape. If the door 2 is closed onto the required surface of a casing 1, the packing part 11 is pressed against the casing 1 along an abutment part 10. The attaching frame 6 which holds the packing part 11 with the pinching part 6A is deformed and the packing part 11 is tightly pressed against the required surface of the casing 1 securely. With this constitution, the conductivity between the casing and the door 2 can be improved and shielding effect can be improved.
