CONSTITUTION:Data to be processed by a processor 3, processed data and parameters to be set up in a data transfer equipment 1 are stored in a memory 4. In the equipment 1, the 1st parameter register 1a stores the 1st parameter specifying an address storing data to be transferred from the memory 4. The 1st generator 1b forms an address storing data to be transferred from the memory 4 based upon the 1st parameter stored in the register 1a. The 2nd parameter register 1c stores the 2nd parameter specifying a leading address storing the 1st parameter in the memory 4. The 2nd generator 1d forms an address storing the 1st parameter in the memory 4 based upon the 2nd parameter stored in the register 1c.
