Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely useful cleaner composition having extellent inhibitory effects on dandruff, deodorant effects and conditioning effects, low irritation and good touch in use by stably dispersing water-insoluble fine powder such as antimicrobial agent. CONSTITUTION:A cleaner composition comprising (a) a saccharide-based nonionic surfactant, (b) one or more surfactants selected from an anionic surfactant, an ampholytic surfactant and a cationic surfactant, (c) water-insoluble fine powder, (d) a nonionic polymer and (e) a cationic polymer.
