Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the photographic sensitive material which is hardly curled in preservation and development and having a sufficient antistatic effect by incorporating a specified anionic cross-linked polymer dispersion. CONSTITUTION:At least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer is provided on a substrate, and an anionic cross-linked polymer dispersion shown by formula I is incorporated. In the formula, A is a repeating unit obtained by copolymerizing at least two cross-linkable monomers having a copolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group, B is a repeating unit obtained by copolymerizing the homopolymer and a monomer shown by formula II having a clouding point in an aq. soln., D is a repeating unit obtained by copolymerizing the copolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomers other than the above- mentioned monomers, R is hydrogen atom, lower alkyls, etc., L is a 2 to 4-valence connecting group, M is hydrogen atom or cation, m is 0 or 1, n is 1, 2 or 3, w to z are the weight percentage of the respective monomer components, R is hydrogen atom or lower alkyls, and R and R are hydrogen atom and 1-8C alkyls.
