Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a method for testing the reactivity of a monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:The reactivity of a monoclonal antibody is measured by making the monoclonal antibody to be measured to react with an antigen fixed in a solid phase by means of a polyclonal antibody and further making a marked anti-immunoglobulin antibody to react with the reacted monoclonal antibody. Since this testing method well corresponds to the reactivity when the reactivity is used for an actual immune measuring method, the monoclonal antibody suitable for the immune measuring method can be efficiently selected.
