Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a spraying material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of blow-off pipes 12 directed toward the discharge opening side are disposed upright around the end of a screw shaft 11 ejecting compressed air for a screw feeder 10. A blow-off pipe 13 directed toward the end of a hollow screw shaft is mounted near a discharge opening, an on-off valve 14 for the blow-off pipe is connected to a pressure sensor 16 set up to the lower section of a storage chamber through a controller 15, and the controller is connected to a driving motor for the shaft of the hollow screw shaft and an air-supply valve. An agitator is installed just above the screw feeder.
