Summary:PURPOSE:To control a reheat steam temperature and enhance the thermal efficiency of a reheat cycle without using a reheater spray. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizer 2, a low temperature superheater 3, a high temperature superheater 4 and a reheater 5 are laid out in a fluidized bed furnace 1 where a bed height 7a of a common fluidized bed can be controlled by a bed height control device 6. The amount of evaporation of the vaporizer 2 is controlled by means of the bed height 7a while the superheated steam temperature of a high temperature superheater is controlled by means of a superheat spray 17. Furthermore, the superheated steam temperature of the reheater 5 is controlled by changing the temperature of the fluidized bed respectively. In this case, there is installed a shielding plate 22 between the high temperature superheater 4 and the reheater 5, thereby changing the temperature of the fluidized bed of the reheater 5 independently of the fluidized bed temperatures of the superheaters 3 and 4 and enabling the reheat steam temperature to be controlled. The shielding plate 22 is provided with a clearance 23 in its lower part and enables a fluidized material to be transferred.
