PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate stably keeping excellent surface gloss over a long period of time by laminating a resin surface layer having a specific glossiness to a base material layer composed of a specific cycloolefinic polymer or this polymer and a specific cycloolefinic resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:A laminate 11 is constituted by laminating a resin surface layer 13 whose glossiness measured at an indent angle of 60 deg. is 60% or more to at least one surface of a base material layer 12 having a specific compsn. In this case, the base material layer is formed from a specific cycloolefinic polymer and a cycloolefinic resin compsn. The cycloolefinic polymer is at least one kind of a polymer selected from a group consisting of a random copolymer of cycloolefin represented by formula and ethylene, a ring opening polymer of cycloolefln, a ring opening copolymer of cycloolefin, hydrogenated polymers of them, unsaturated carboxylic acid graft modified polymers of them and crosslinked polymers of them. The cycloolefinic resin compsn. is constituted of crystalline polyolefin or an alpha-olefin elastic copolymer.
