PURPOSE:To provide a fluid enclosing type mount device in which large inner pressure change of a fluid chamber can be obtained by driving a vibration plate constituting a part of the wall part of the fluid chamber to displace a little with an electrostrictive element or the like, and vibrationproofing characteristic can be changed over by controlling the inner pressure of the fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:First metal fittings 10 are connected to one opening side of cylindrical second metal fittings 12 through a rubber elastic body 14. Meanwhile, the other opening side of the second metal fittings 12 is enlarged, and a vibration plate 34 having larger area than the opening part of the second metal fittings 12 on the side fixedly secured with the rubber elastic body 14 is displaceably arranged. By blockading the opening, a fluid chamber 38 of which a part of the wall part is constituted of the rubber elastic body 14 and the vibration plate 34, is formed. The vibration plate 34 is driven by an electrostrictive element 58 which is deformed to expand or contract by change of electric field or magnetic field caused from the outside.
