Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the water finely dispersed in org. solvent by supplying an org. solvent contg. finely dispersed water from the lower part of a filter cartridge having many tiny holes, separating and removing the water passed through the cartridge, flocculated and floated. CONSTITUTION:An org. solvent contg. finely dispersed water is supplied from the lower part of a filter cartridge 8 having many tiny holes 0.5-5mum in diameter, and the water passed through the cartridge 8, flocculated and floated is separated and removed through a water discharging automatic valve 6. As a result, the water finley dispersed in org. solvent (e.g. 1,1,1-trichloroethane) is efficiently removed.
