Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a feedthrough capacitor capable of simply constituting a dielectric layer using a dielectric layer made of an organic material, and having a structure which allows easy change of a capacitance value and a withstand voltage property. CONSTITUTION:A feedthrough capacitor 1 is composed of a feedthrough conductor 2 sheathed with a dielectric layer 3 made of a heat-shrinkable tube and an electrode 4 formed over the outer surface of the dielectric layer 3.
