Summary:PURPOSE:To automatically mount leaf spring mounting parts and first and second leaf springs having the tip end gaps differing from each other to improve the efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A first U-shaped leaf spring 2 having the projecting tips spaced wide from each other is set to a leaf spring mounting part 1 and then a space surface between tip ends of a second U-shaped leaf spring 3 having a narrow gap between the tip ends is inclined to and inserted in a space surface between the tip ends of the first leaf spring 2. Next, the second leaf spring 3 is rotated in the space between the tip ends of the first leaf spring 2 to cross the first leaf spring 2 approximately in the X-shaped form so that the first and second leaf springs 2, 3 are fixed to the leaf spring mounting part 1 after the second leaf spring 3 is set to the leaf spring part 1.
