Summary:PURPOSE:To simply correct the irregularity of the dynamic characteristics between wire dot parts after assembling. CONSTITUTION:A sub-base 51 capable of being deviated in an X-Y direction along the rear surface of a base 8 is provided on the rear surface side of the base 8 and deviated in the X-Y direction to change the relative position with a core 21 and the quantity of the magnetic flux flowing through the sub-base 51 to go toward the core 21 in addition to the magnetic flux flowing through the base 8 can be adjusted.
