Summary:PURPOSE:To increase the drive force of a work vehicle and to perform movement thereof at a high speed by a method wherein a set pressure varying means, an oil passage switching means to increase a drive force, and a switching means capable of effecting switching operation are arranged to the hydraulic circuits of a pair of running devices on both sides. CONSTITUTION:A pair of hydraulic circuits on both sides comprise hydraulic pumps 1 and 2 driven by an engine, operating valves 4 and 6 of right and left running devices, operating valves 5 and 7 of a back hoe device, and a pair of hydraulic motors 8 and 9. Set pressure variable solenoid valves are respectively arranged to the hydraulic pumps 1 and 2 and first and second constantly- opened type on-off valves 11 and 12 are arranged in parallel between the operating valves 4 and 6. Simultaneously, the set force of the first on-off valve 11 is reduced and the set force of the second on-off valve 12a is increased. This constitution performs running forward and reversing of the motors 8 and 9 through operation to switch the feed direction of working oil to the hydraulic motors 8 and 9 through switching of the operating valves 4 and 6 and increases the drive forces of the motors 8 and 9 and the back hoe device.
