PURPOSE:To obtain the thawing equipment enabling a large scale thawing in high efficiency and having a simple structure by installing a thawing unit and a blower between finned radiating panels arranged face to face with their fins outside and arranging the thawing unit in series to the blowing direction. CONSTITUTION:In a large scale thawing equipment used for thawing materials to be thawed such as frozen food materials, especially for thawing in a large scale in factories, etc., a thawing unit A having plural thawing vessels 2 which hold and thaw materials to be thawed D between a pair of finned radiating panels 5 and 6 arranged face to face with their fin parts 5b and 6b outside and a fan unit B having fans 30 for blowing the thawing vessels 2 are so installed that the plural thawing units A are arranged in series to the blowing direction from the fan unit B, thus the thawing is done in each thawing unit A and materials to be thawed are thawed in a large scale in high efficiency by the simple structure.
