CONSTITUTION:In a method forming a conductor 4 as a heat generating body on a substrate 1 by molten extrusion, an insulating layer 2 is molten-extruded on the board 1 followed by molten extrusion of a mixed layer 3 consisting of a conductor material and an insulating material on this insulating layer 2 further by molten extruding a conductor layer 4 on the mixed layer 3.
