PURPOSE:To provide a plate-like member feeding device which is capable of feeding the plate-like member to the following process in a secure manner even for the plate-like member whose surface part where a sucking device can be brought into contact therewith is narrowly limited. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like member feeding device is provided with a sucking device 10 which is located above the laminated and loaded plate-like members 1 and sucks the members 1 by being brought into contact with a part of the surface of the members 1, a vertically moving device 24 which moves the sucking device 10 in the vertical direction so that one end of the members 1 sucked by the sucking device 10 may be liftable, and a supporting member 14 which is inserted underside of the members 1 from the side where the members 1 are lifted up, is brought into contact with the underside of the members 1 and supports the members 1 in an approximately horizontal manner. The plate-like member feeding device is also provided with the first moving device 20 to freely move the supporting member 14 underside of the members 1, and the second moving device 30 to move the sucking device 10 to hold the members 1, the vertically moving device 24 and the supporting member 14 to the line direction of the following process.
