Summary:PURPOSE:To perform the sequential work efficiently and enhance the productivity by making a nut screw for holding a ball and a rotating shaft screw come close to each other relatively, and screwing them for assembling, and simultaneously measuring the torque to inspect the assembling condition. CONSTITUTION:At the time of engaging the upper end of a shaft screw S and a cylindrical holding part 9, when an upper elevating body 8 is lowered quietly, a nut screw N starts to be lowered by a dead-weight thereof, and is screwed with the rotating shaft screw S under the condition that the position thereof is maintained. Namely, the nut screw N and a ball inserting jig 6 are separated automatically, and the nut screw N and the shaft screw S are assembled under the condition that the ball is held inside of a spiral groove. At the time of screwing, the rotating torque is measured by a driving source 17 with torque measuring function, and simultaneously, the torque fluctuation to be caused by the failure of assembling is inspected.
