Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by enabling treatment with only one set of an atmospheric circulating furnace even to a metal strip needing rapid heating and a metal foil needing slow heating. CONSTITUTION:The furnace body 1 constructed with heat insulating material, an inner case 5 arranged in the furnace body 1, a conveying table frame 7 arranged in the inner case 5 so as to support the coiling material 9 under condition of almost horizontal posture of the center shaft 10 and a circular fan 14 arranged at ceiling part of the inner case 5 so as to suck the atmospheric gas in the inner case 5, are provided. Side part injecting holes 17 facing to both end faces of the above coiling material 9 are opened at side wall parts in the inner case 5 and a bottom part injecting hole 18 facing to lower face of the coiling material 9 is opened at bottom part in the inner case 5, and also a damper 19 enabling adjustment of the atmospheric gas rate injected from the bottom part injecting hole 18, is arranged.
