Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the heating efficiency by mounting an inside stand with high transmissivity of magnetic flux inside the inside stand, housing the red heat radiation body with the high magnetic permiability and proper resistance in the inside stand, and installing a work coil generating the alternating magnetic flux outside the inside stand. CONSTITUTION:An outside box 5 opening the upper part to a cooking part 3 and the lower part to an air exit 4 is engaged and supported in the middle of a table 2. Suction paths 6 provided at the prescribed spaces is provided inside the external box 5 and is provided an inner box 7. A trumpet inside stand 15 easy to pass the magnetic flux and being electrically insulating material which does not develop heat without reaction to the alternating magnetic flux is provided over a supporting stage part 10 of the inner box 7. Red heat radiation bodies 20 and 20a stored in a supporting part 17 of the inside stand 15 are material with the high permiability and proper resistance, generating heat when the eddy current is generated in the alternating magnetic flux. When the high frequency alternating current is energized to a work coil 12, the AC flux is generated and the high density eddy current is induced to the surface of the red heat radiation bodies 20 and 20a, heating up the surface in a short time and radiating the radiational heat in all directions to roast the meat W on a grid 19.
