CONSTITUTION:An adhesive tape is guided from an adhesive tape reel 532 with a roller 534, while the self-adhesive tape of the adhesive tape is placed on the outside. The self-adhesive tape is pressed with a cutter, and the cutter is moved in the traverse direction. The cut parts 530 of the self-adhesive tape are transferred to a web 2b, and the remaining mount is wound through a roller 535.
