CONSTITUTION:This console switching control system consists of a system console 5 equipped with at least a display device 5a, an input device (keyboard), service processors 3 which have controllers (microprocessor) 3a corresponding to the respective computers and main storage devices 3b and perform maintenance control over the respective computers, and a switching device 4 which is interposed between the system console 5 and 12 service processors 3 and switches connections between the system console 5 and the service processor 3 of a cluster 2 to be put in operation.
