PURPOSE:To provide a fastening structure of an object by a screw wherein fastening can be smoothly released at necessary time. CONSTITUTION:In a structure for fastening contact surfaces 1c, 2c of each shaft 1, 2 by press contact with tightening force of an external thread 1a of the shaft 1 and an internal thread 2a of the shaft 2, engagement of the external thread 1a with the internal thread 2a in the base end side of the external thread 1a is locally omitted previously to provide a fluid reservoir 1e in the inside of the base end side of the external thread 1a of omitting this engagement. When fluid is introduced into the fluid reservoir 1e at required time, since the base end side of the external thread 1a of omitting the engagement is extended in a shaft center direction to release or moderate the press contact of the contact surfaces 1c, 2c, fastening can be released smoothly by loosening force smaller than the initial fastening force, to eliminate apprehension of causing distortion of each shaft 1, 2 and damage of the contact surfaces 1c, 2c.
