Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the noise effect and improve the vibration suppressing effect by arranging the second sensor and an A/D unit close to the ceiling wall of a vehicle cabin, arranging a control unit in the vehicle cabin or 2 trunk room, and achieving multiplex transmission of the data between the A10 unit and the control unit through an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The canceling vibration of actuators 41-4m is detected by error sensors 51-5n, and received by a control unit 20. The inverse transmission characteristics are changed so that the error may be minimized according to the error signals from the error sensors 51-5n, the vibration transmission characteristics between the actuators 41-4n and the error sensors 51-5n and the detected signals of the first sensor. The error signals detected by the error sensors 51-5n through the optical fiber 61 are transmitted as the optical multiplex signal from an A/D unit 10 to the control unit 20, and the driving signal of the actuators 41-4m is outputted as the optical multiplex signal from the control unit 20 to a D/A unit 30.
