CONSTITUTION:A holding part for holding plural sheets of packaging sack formed in such a manner as to be cut from each other is disposed under a load receiving table 1, and a driving command is given to a discharge part 12 by a discharge instruction unit whereby a packaging bag 11 is discharged by the discharge portion 12 form a discharge part 5 formed in a position where the load receiving surface 4b of the load receiving table 1 does not interface with the packing bag 11.
