Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to construct a steel pipe pile column without a hitch even in such a place as space upward of a column construction site is limited, to make unnecessary steel pipe piles with joints and to make it possible to construct a revetment having cut-off effect at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The force-fit of steel pipe piles 3 having no coupling member projected to the peripheral surface is made up to specific depth at proper intervals, and between adjacent steel pipe piles 3, two steel pipes 4 and 5 having a small diameter are put in both right and left sides on the most accessible position of both steel pipe piles 3 to make the force-fit of them up to the required depth. Mortar 7 is filled into an area 6 surrounded by the steel pipes 4 and 5 having a small diameter and the steel pipe piles 3 on both sides to execute cut-off treatment. According to the constitution, intermediate sections of the steel pipe piles 3 are held, and a revolving force-fit type low space pile driver is utilized to execute the force-fit work of steel pipe piles.
