PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated steel plate having a stripe like multilayered org. film provided to the surface thereof at a specific position for the sake of the drastic rationalization of a coating/printing process of a three-piece can. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate having a stripe like multilayered org. film is obtained by continuously laminating thermosetting resin film layers and/or thermoplastic resin film layers each having width slightly narrower than that of a can diameter to the single surface (corresponding to the inner surface of a can) of a steel plate in the longitudinal direction thereof so as to interpose non-coating parts with a width of 1-10mm therebetween and laminating a thermoplastic resin film layer having a printing ink layer displaying a trade mark design to the other surface (corresponding to the outer surface of the can) of the steel plate at the surface and rear corresponding position. A small blank (a rectangular steel plate having the dimension corresponding to one can) having the non-coating parts at both ends thereof is cut out from the steel plate to be subjected to the production of a welded can.
