Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out an inspection with a little man-hour in a short time, sufficiently improve the precision of data and easily manufacture of modify the die which can form the panel of high quality based on the inspected result by obtaining the three-dimensional coordinate data of the moment to contact with the blank at plural places of the drawing punch. CONSTITUTION:Switches 5 which detect plural places of the forming surface of a drawing punch in contact with a blank 1 are set at the above plural places, while the blank 1 is formed with drawing to a panel by lowering the drawing punch 2, the height, the direction and the position of the drawing punch of the moment that the switch 5 outputs a detecting signal at each place are orderly recorded with an oscillograph 6, the three-dimensional data is researched from the above record and the three-dimensional coordinate of the above plural places of the drawing punch 2, and the panel forming process inspection is executed by analyzing these three-dimensional coordinate data.
