Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a gelatinizable powdery nutrient-controlled food having excellent storage stability by compounding specific nutrients in balanced state and adding specific amounts of carbohydrates and gelling agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective food contains various nutrients composed of lipids, proteins, inorganic salts (one or more kinds of salts selected from Ca, Fe, Mg, K, P, etc.), vitamins (one or more vitamins selected from vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, vitamin C, etc.) and dietary fiber in balanced state in amounts corresponding to >=1/20 times the necessary amount of each component in one meal and further contains prescribed amounts of carbohydrates and gelling agent (e.g. agar, carrageenan, furcellaran, sodium alginate or gelatin). |
