Summary:PURPOSE:To diversify an output of a power source to be input to a power protection relay unit to be tested. CONSTITUTION:A power source switching circuit 35 has transformers 42, 43, and selectively switches mutual connections of a plurality of output terminals 21, 22, 23, 24 of a testing unit 20 and connection of the transformers 42, 43 to vary an output current value. A matrix connection switching circuit 50 switches to connect a first connecting terminal group 51 connected with a power source switching circuit 35 and a second connecting terminal group 52 connected to a test connector 30 for connecting a power protection relay unit 36 to be tested. A controller 55 controls to switch the circuit 35 and the circuit 50. Accordingly, it can be reduced in size without necessity of using a special external power source.
