Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate a data error due to an external interference by comparing a maximum value of auto-correlation of reception data for 1-bit reception period with a set threshold level, counting a value in excess of a prescribed value for the result of comparison between autocorrelation and one data and using a smaller one as reception data. CONSTITUTION:Auto-correlation of a received signal is calculated by correlation devices A1,B2, absolute value circuits A3,B4 take an absolute value, maximum discrimination circuits A5,B6 take a difference between one preceding sample data and current data and when a sign changes from a positive to a negative, it is used as a maximum value and data are inputted to a CPU 11. Outputs of the circuits A5, B6 are compared by a comparator circuit 7 and when the data of the correlation A1 is larger, a counter circuit A8 adds the result and when the correlation B2 is larger, the counter circuit B9 adds data and when the comparison value is larger than a threshold level, no addition is implemented. When a maximum value x0 exceeds a threshold level l0, it is discriminated to be data 0 and when a maximum value X1 exceeds a threshold level l0, it is discriminated to be data 1.
