Summary:PURPOSE:To offer a registor and a resistor device easy to manufacture while allowing accurate adjustment of resistance value, and, further being able to correspond to high load. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pipe-shaped resistors 1, 2, 3 having different diameters are mutually outwardly or inwardly fitted and the lead wires 7, 8, 9 are electrically connected to the resistors 1, 2, 3 by the movable terminals 4, 5, 6. A cooling liquid is made to circulate in the inner cavities of the resistors 1, 2, 3. Accordingly, the structure is simple and manufacture is easy. Further, desired resistant value can be correctly obtained. Moreover, high load can be endured.
