Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute both operation to turn a louver for a dimmer and operation to open and shut a blind as one operating means. CONSTITUTION:A circumferential code 3 is built to the inside of a head rail 1 over the length thereof, carriers except the front one among carriers suspending a louver are rotated within range of approximately 360 deg. by movement in opposite direction ion of a linear code part provided in parallel with the circumferential code, and the carriers are so provided that they are relatively slid and moved against the movement of the linear code part in excess of the range mentioned above. The front carrier is connected and fixed to one end of the linear code part and is so provided that it is interlocked with the movement of the circumferential code. In addition, connection between adjacent carriers is made with a certain length of spacer code. The blind is opened and shut by movement interlocked with the circumferential code of the front carrier, and the louver suspended with the carriers is turned within range of approximately 360 deg. by movement in opposite directions of the linear code part.
