Summary:PURPOSE:To improve binding strength between ceramics and metal by putting Ti foil, Cu foil and FeNi alloy foil between a ceramic material and metal material and subjecting the ceramic material to solid phase diffusing and binding to the metal material in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Metal members 2 are put through a laminate obtained by laminating Ti foil 3, Cu foil 5 and FeNi alloy foil 4 from the surface of ceramic side on the both sides of ceramic material 1 and these materials are inserted into a ram 6 and 0.5-2kgf/mm pressure is applied thereto and these materials are heated in 10<-3> to 10<-4>Torr. vacuum atmosphere at 800-860 deg.C for 15-60min to subject the ceramic material to solid phase diffusion and binding to ceramic material.
