Summary:PURPOSE:To transfer interrupting data without clearing the data of an fifo type storage device by connecting the latch output of the (i-1)th storage cell in a column direction as the input of the data holding part of the (i)th storage cell in the column direction. CONSTITUTION:A latch control signal line CA1 of a row A is made enable, the data of a storage means are latched by respective cells within the row A and the latch control signal CA1 is made disable. After that, an external data input/output control signal line CA2 of the row A is made enable and interrupting data are read from external data input/output lines D1 to D4 and D1' to D4' to a data holding part. Next, a control signal line CD3 of a row D is made enable and internal data are read in the data holding part. Moreover, the interrupting of the data can be executed by increasing the value of a writing pointer and making it point out a row C.
