PURPOSE:To conduct the perfect centering of a radiator grill, by making right and left fitting holes provided at a car body tapered hole which face reversely to each other in the car width direction, and pressing the groove portions of clips against the tapered surfaces of the tapered holes by means of recovery force for opening of the plate members of the clips. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of the plate members 25a of the car body side engagement portion 25 of a clip 22 are inclined so that tapering may be realized in the direction (B direction) meeting at right angles with the car body fitting direction of the clip 22 in coping with the shape of a tapered hole 26 on the car body side. A groove portion 25b and an engagement piece 25c whose purpose is to engage with a headlamp 21 plate piece 27, are provided at the plate member 25a car body fitting direction rear end, and the groove portion 25b is also inclined. Recovering force for opening the plate members 25a by means of a hemispheric projection between the plate members 25a and a support plate 28, is exerted. The groove portion 25b presses the tapered surface of the tapered hole 26 as the plate members 25a of the clip 22 try to open, so the interval between a radiator grill 20 and the right and left headlamps 21 become equal, and the centering of the grill 20 is conducted.
