Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus having a specified constitution where a string is fed in a loosened state and capable of loosely tying in a loosened state without tightly tying in a tensioned state of the string in a tying process where an edible string is tied around a food such as SHINODAMAKI [chicken, fish and vegetable mixture wrapped up in bag of fried bean curd and tied with KAMPYO (long, tape-like shavings of dry gourd)]. CONSTITUTION:The string-holding part of a send roller 2 is initially pressed by a string-pressing mechanism 1 and a string (S1) between the roller 2 and an upper stream guide roller 3 is loosened and retained by a length corresponding to that required for tying around a material to be bundled using the first loosening formation unit 4. A loosened string (S2) between the roller 2 and a down stream guide roller 5 is simultaneously fed to mutually bind each end part of the string tied around the material to be bundled. Pressing on the holding part of the roller 2 is then dissolved arid the second loosening formation unit 6 is operated at the same time so that the string (S2) between the respective rollers 2 and 5 may be loosened and retained by a length required for mutually binding each end part of the string after completion of tying around the material to be bundled. The first loosened string (S1) is further fed in this state for tying around the material to be bundled. |
