Summary:PURPOSE:To improve safety by interposing a push-down hydraulic jack between the lower surface of a reaction force frame iron beam and a huge span beam, and removing the push-down jack etc., after a preceeding load becomes zero due to the transfer completion of a given superimposed load to on the span beam. CONSTITUTION:The upper parts of reaction force frame iron columns 4 and 4, standing from a foundation part between feet bases 2 and 2 while sandwiching a huge span beam 3 erected between the feet bases 2 and 2, are jointed with reaction force frame iron beams 5, a push-down hydraulic jack 6 is interposed between the reaction force frame iron beams 5 and the huge span beam 3, and the huge span beam 3 is forcedly deformed. Next the push-down hydraulic jack 6, fraction force frame iron columns 4, and reaction force frame iron beams 5 etc., are removed after the transfer completion of a given superimposed load to the huge span beam 3. Then the hydraulic jack 6 is locked after the huge span beam 3 is forcedly deformed in a vertical direction to be made level.
