Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions occurring in a service interruption processing system by setting an extremely precise period of time during which a ready signal is forcibly cut off after power failure is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a power failure detecting circuit 1 outputs a power failure detecting signal a counter 2 works and controls a gate 5 after a fixed time set previously to cut off a ready signal RDY. When the power failure is recovered, a recovery detecting signal is transmitted to a processor 3 and a power supply reapplication part 4 is actuated after a time enough to confirm the recovery of the power failure. A fixed time can be assurately selected by the function of the counter 2. Furthermore, a power supply can be applied again in a sure recovery state.
