Summary: | PURPOSE:To dispense with a n extracting die and also save thin steel plate material by stacking the thin steel plates cut out in strip shapes in the thickness direction so as to form a laminated steel plate fixed body, and then molding this into a circular laminated steel plate fixed body equipped with a specified radius of curvature by the press which has a circular recess. CONSTITUTION:Thin steel plates cut out in strip shapes are laminated in the thickness direction to form a rectangular parallelpipedic thin plate laminate 1B, and then press rings 2B, a doubling plate 5B, and press board 6B, which are jaxtaposed on the press rings 2B on both sides, are arranged for said laminate, thus a laminated steel plate fixed body 7B is manufactured. Next, by pressing the doubling plate side of the laminated steel plate fixed body 7B by the press having a circular recess, the eliminated steel plate fixed body 7B is molded into the shape of a circular arc. By molding two pieces of such half laminated steel plate fixed bodies 7B, and welding the fellow end faces of the press rings 2B with each other, a hollow cylindrical laminated steel plate fixed body can be obtained, and a traditional extracting becomes needless, and there is no necessity to prepare a required die each time the diameter or the circular length varies. |
