Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate the confirmation of a communication software function for data transmission reception between processors by storing a transmission reception data between the processors to a trace data storage processor through a gateway in existence between a host and a subordinate processor. CONSTITUTION:A trace data storage processor 1 fetches transmission reception data and address information from a data storage signal line 6 of a gateway 9 and stored in a data storage control memory 2 together with the time. The address information is stored in an address information storage memory 3 and the address information and the transmission reception data are stored in a transmission reception data storage memory 4, and the length of the transmission reception data is defined in advance by the data storage processor 1. Moreover, whether or not the trace information is acquired is decided by set/reset to an acquisition presence area in the data storage control memory 2. The stored address information and the address information and the transmission reception data are referenced by the trace data reference processor 5. Thus, the confirmation of a communication software function for data transmission reception between processors is facilitated.
