Summary:PURPOSE:To effectively obtain a mold strand of good quality that does not cause defective strand such as cross by installing a brake for applying a reverse rotational torque on a bobbin for superconducting wire supply. CONSTITUTION:A toothed gear 5 is mounted on one bobbin shaft 3 protruded from a bobbin supporting frame 4, while this toothed gear 5 is linked with a torque motor 7 through a chain 6. A preset rotational power reverse to the rotational direction of a bobbin 1 is of charged to the torque motor 7, and when a superconducting wire 2 wound around the bobbin 1 is irregularly wounded and the rotation of the bobbin 1 is stopped, the torque motor 7 is actuated immediately, and the bobbin 1 is rotated in a reverse direction, and the loosening of the superconducting wire 2 is thus removed. The formed strand thus obtained is of good quality without crossed part and the like.
