Summary: | PURPOSE:To shorten inspecting time by providing a middle mode between the first measuring mode and the second measuring mode, and rising an oil temperature to a fixed value below the upper limit of the allowable oil temperature range of the second measuring mode. CONSTITUTION:In the first measuring mode, for instance, after motor is early driven at 60rpm of the number of revolutions to rise oil temperature to 35 deg.C, the number of revolutions is continuously risen to 120rpm, and the value of torque at the time of 80 deg.C of the oil temperature is measured to stop a driving motor. In a middle mode, for instance, the motor is driven at 90rpm of the number of revolutions until the oil temperature attains the temperature range from 120 to 180 deg.C. Namely, the above oil temperature range is established below 180 deg.C which is the upper limit of an allowable oil temperature range(140-180 deg.C) in the second measuring mode, and in the case where the above oil temperature range is denoted in the value of torque, it is the range at the time when the torque becomes about 25kgm. In addition to that, a temperature gradient at this time is steeper in comparison with that obtained by an ordinary method, and the temperature rises efficiently. The second measuring mode is inspected at 60rpm of the number of revolutions. |
